Seth Greenberg is the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Board Member of ECI US Holdings, LLC. (ECI Group, ECI) an Atlanta, Georgia-based company focusing on the development, construction, investment, and property management of multifamily housing in the Southeastern United States and Texas.
For more than 25 years, Greenberg has led ECI toward its current leadership position in the multifamily industry, cultivating a culture of inclusion, strategic purpose, collaborative leadership and philanthropy. The firm is fully integrated, with nationally recognized development, construction, investment and property management teams that have together accomplished the company’s current 7,200-unit portfolio.
Recognition for the firm’s dynamic and encouraging work environment includes its designation as a 2023 finalist for the National Apartment Association (NAA) Top Employers award and recognition as a National SatisFacts Resident Satisfaction Company Award among others. Greenberg practiced law as an associate of Wolff & Samson, LLC. He served as the judicial law clerk for the Honorable John W. Bissell, United States District Court in Newark, NJ. He is a graduate of the Seton Hall University School of Law and holds a BA in History from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI.
Greenberg is a Jewish Agency for Israel Board of Governor Member where he Co-Chairs the Immersive Experience Committee. He is the Treasurer and a Board Member of the United Israel Appeal and is on the Board of the Tel Aviv Foundation as well.
He serves on the Board of the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta and is the Chairman of its Annual Campaign. Greenberg also serves on the Advisory Board of Hillel International and the National Multifamily Housing Council’s Board of Directors.
Greenberg is an active member of B’nai Torah Synagogue in Atlanta, Georgia. He has served on the AIPAC (American Israel Public Affairs Committee) Atlanta Regional and National Councils, the Atlanta Regional Board of the American Jewish Committee Board and the University of Michigan’s Hillel Board.
Most importantly, Seth has been married to his wife, Lisa, for over 31 years and has two children — Maximilian and Dori Hannah.
