Rhythmic Gymnast Linoy Ashram Wins Olympic Gold

Linoy Ashram recently won the gold medal in the rhythmic gymnastics contest at the Tokyo Olympics, becoming the first Israeli woman to win an Olympic gold medal. Israel won a total of four medals at the Tokyo 2020 Games, with artistic gymnast Artem Dolgopyat, a Ukrainian oleh (immigrant) to Israel, earning a gold medal for men’s floor exercise.
