Charles Ratner Chairs the Jewish Agency Budget and Finance Committee. He served as Chairman of the Board of the Jewish Community Federation and Vice-Chairman of Cleveland Tomorrow.  He also served as Chairman of the Distribution Committee and Board of Trustees at the Cleveland Foundation.

Charles Ratner is President and CEO of Forest City Enterprises, Inc., a real estate development company based in Cleveland.  He is a graduate of Colgate University and the New York University School of Law.

A member of the Jewish Agency’s Board of Governors since June 2002, has served in the past as Co-Chairman of the Education Committee.
