In November 2008 the program Youth Futures first started in Qiryat-Gat.

13 trustees were chosen to the program and they will be in charge for 200 children from 5 different elementary schools in the city: Shprizak, Ben-Gurion, Herzel, Mashua and Rashbi.

The program in Qiryat -Gat is funded by the Chicago community, and is  being aided by a generous contribution from "Intel" Qiryat- Gat.
