The Global Center provides information to immigrants in a variety of languages.

Information in the Amharic language is offered to Ethiopian immigrants living in absorption centers or in permanent housing.  It is available on a variety of diverse topics such as education, welfare, absorption and integration into Israeli society, employment and so on.

The main function of the Amharic Aliyah Information Center is to accompany the new immigrants as they make the transition from the absorption center to permanent housing, likewise it is to ensure that the new immigrants are utilizing their full benefits during the absorption process.  The Amharic Information Center empowers the Ethiopian Oleh during the absorption period and assists in maintaining his central place within the process.
