The Prime Minister of Lithuania, Mr Andrius Kubilius, laid a wreath at the tomb of Theodor Herzl, the visionary of the State of Israel and founder of the World Zionist Organization, on Jerusalem`s Mt Herzl at 9.20am on Sunday, December 19th.

Mr Kibilius was accompanied by Mr Avraham Duvdevani, the current Chairman of the World Zionist Organization.
