Warren is a very active, dedicated and generous community leader in Toronto. Warren has been on the Board and executive of UJA Federation, on the board of USDS (Toronto Jewish day school), Baycrest Hospital and Foundation, B'nai Brith Toronto Freedom Lodge and Beth Sholom Synagogue, the last three as president. At UJA Federation, Warren has served a chair of Project Renewal, the P2K Committee and the 2006 Annual Campaign. He has also chaired the UJA Federation Israel and Overseas and Lebovic Steering Committees.
Most recently Warren and his family made a major gift of $7 million for the new Community Hebrew Academy in Toronto (CHAT) on the Lebovic campus in the north of Toronto where over 60,000 Jews reside.
He has also served on the board and executive of Jewish Federations of Canada. He will be chairing our national Israel and Overseas committee beginning this fall.
Warren is the CEO of Fabricland, the largest retail chain of fabric stores across Canada started 41 years ago.
Warren is married to Debbie who is also a very active community leader and philanthropist. He has 3 children and 2 grandchildren.
He is a Board member since June 2012.
