Ronni Benatoff is currently serving as the Chairman of Keren Hayesod European Committee. He has formerly served as Chairman of Keren Hayesod Italy and Co-Chairman of Keren Hayesod Europe.   He has also served as a member of the Keren Hayesod Executive, Vice Chairman of the Keren Hayesod Campaign Cabinet and a member of the Keren Hayesod Budget Committee.

Born in Milan, he co-founded Hashomer Hatzair in Italy during the 1960s.  Later he moved to Israel where he served in the IDF as a press officer and graduated from the Hebrew University.  He returned to Italy in 1976 and developed widespread business interests in the fields of shipping, fisheries, food and trade.

Roni Benatoff returned to Israel in 1998. He is currently CEO of Syntek Capital Israel.

A member of the Jewish Agency’s Board of Governors since October 1995.
