Joan N. Stern is Senior Partner of the Public Finance Practice in the law firm of Blank Rome LLP. Ms. Stern is a member of the Blank Rome Government Relations LLC Board of Directors and served on the Distribution and Executive Committees of Blank Rome LLP.

Ms. Stern serves as a Trustee of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia and is Chair of the Board of Directors of the Federation’s Center for Israel and Overseas. She is Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees and the Board of Managers of Moore College of Art and Design. Ms. Stern is a member of the Boards of Directors of the Police Athletic League and the Urban Tree Connection. She also serves on the Board of Trustees of The Franklin Institute, the Board of Trustees of the Thomas Skelton Harrison Foundation and the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Holocaust Remembrance Foundation.
