Ms. Masha Lubelsky was born in Herzliya Israel. She is s former Member of the Knesset of Israel. Currently, Ms. Lubelsky serves as a member of the Executive of the World Zionist Executive. She is also the President of Wizo's Scholarship Fund; she serves as the Chairperson of the Pensioners' Organization in the Hasharon area and she is the Chairperson of the Women Council in Herzliya.

A teacher by profession, Ms. Masha Lubelsky has served in the past as a teacher of Director of Elementary Schools. She served as the President of Naamat in Israel; she also served as Duputy Minister of Industry and Trade.  In the past, she also served as an advisor to the Minister of Internal Security on matters of Family Violence and was also Mediator in the Labor Court.

Masha Lubelsky is a Committee Member since September 2006. She served as a Committee Member in the past (1998-2002).
